Why Thai Hybrid

Seven years to first harvest, or two.

Traditional jackfruit trees take seven to eight years to yield, bear irregularly, and leave the grower exposed to mandi price swings. Our elite Thai Hybrid variety is propagated in the Chittoor mother nurseries for early gestation, commercial productivity and export-grade flesh quality.

The partnership

Five steps, from your field to your bank account.

  1. 1
    01

    Land evaluation & registration

You submit your land details — a minimum of one acre. A field agronomist then runs a soil and water feasibility test on site.

Farmers working a wet paddy field with a tractor and a pair of bullocks
  2. 2
    02

    Formal buy-back MOU

Shine Gold and you sign a legally binding agreement guaranteeing 100% buy-back of the commercial-grade harvest.

What your land could carry.

Based on our recommended 15×15 ft to 18×18 ft planting geometry. Ranges, not single numbers — the spread is what an investment decision actually needs.

Yield ranges are indicative and depend on soil, irrigation, climate and management. Our field team will give you a plot-specific projection after the soil and water feasibility test.

Field support

We do not just sell you plants.

Our field operations team stays with the orchard for its whole lifecycle, because survival rate and yield are the only measures that matter to both of us.
