01Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by Shine Gold Organic Agro Invention, an agricultural inputs and produce business based in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, India. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that business, and “you” means anyone who browses this site or places an order through it.
Using this site means you accept these terms. If something here does not sit right with you, tell us before you order rather than after — most disagreements are cheaper to settle at that end.

02Your account
You can browse the catalogue, read reviews and fill a cart without an account. An account becomes necessary at the point where money and delivery are involved, because that is the point where we need to know who you are and where a parcel should go.
- You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. Orders placed from a signed-in session are treated as yours.
- The mobile number on your account and on your delivery address must be one that actually reaches you. A courier standing outside a locked gate with a dead number is the most common way a delivery fails.
- We may suspend an account being used to abuse coupons, place orders with no intention of paying, or post reviews for products that were never bought.
03Products, descriptions and stock
We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its unit size and what it is meant for. Agricultural produce is a natural product: colour, size and appearance vary between harvests, and photographs are indicative rather than a guarantee of the exact item you receive.
Stock figures shown on the site are live, but two people can reach for the last bag at the same time. If an item sells out between your adding it and paying for it, we will tell you at checkout and will not charge you for it. Nothing on this site is an offer we are bound to accept — an order becomes binding when we confirm it.
Product guidance is not agronomic advice. Application rates, suitability for your soil and compatibility with other inputs depend on conditions we cannot see from here. Follow the label, and consult your local agricultural officer where the stakes are high.
04Prices and discounts
All prices are in Indian Rupees and are the prices charged — there is no separate tax or delivery fee added at checkout. The price you see on the product card is the price the order is placed at, because every figure on your order is calculated on our servers from the same tables the catalogue reads.
- Product discounts apply automatically. Where more than one could apply, you get whichever takes off more money.
- Coupons are typed at checkout and apply to what is left after product discounts. Each carries its own conditions — a minimum order value, an expiry date, a total number of uses, and sometimes a limit per customer.
- Prices change. A change never rewrites an order you have already placed: your order holds its own record of what each line cost on the day.
If a price is listed in obvious error — a decimal point in the wrong place, a bag of fertiliser at ₹8 — we will contact you and cancel rather than ship at a figure nobody intended.
05Placing an order
Placing an order creates it in a pending state. It is not confirmed, and stock is not set aside, until payment is received. This is deliberate: reserving goods for orders that are never paid for would show the catalogue as sold out while nothing had actually been bought.
Once payment is captured, the order moves to confirmed, stock is deducted, and an invoice is generated and attached to the order in your account. You can follow the rest from My Orders.
We may decline or cancel an order — refunding anything paid — where stock has genuinely run out, where the delivery address is outside the area our couriers serve, or where we have good reason to think the order is fraudulent.
06Payment
Payments are processed by Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. Your card and banking details are entered on Razorpay's own secure form and are never seen by, sent to, or stored on our servers. We keep only the payment reference and its outcome.
A payment is treated as complete when Razorpay confirms it to us directly — not merely when your browser returns from the payment screen. If you close the tab a moment after paying, your order still gets confirmed. If a payment is debited but your order still shows as awaiting payment after 30 minutes, contact us with the payment reference and we will trace it.
07Delivery
Delivery timelines, coverage and what to do about a parcel that has gone quiet are set out in full in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.
In short: we dispatch confirmed orders within two working days, hand them to a courier, and give you a tracking link. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
08Returns, cancellations and refunds
These are set out in full in our Refunds & Cancellations Policy, which forms part of these terms.
In short: tell us within 48 hours if something arrives damaged, short or wrong, and we will replace it or refund it. Perishable produce and opened agricultural inputs cannot be taken back for reasons of safety and traceability.
09Reviews and content you post
Reviews can only be written by customers who have actually bought the product, and one review per person per product. That restriction is what makes the ratings on this site worth reading.
By posting a review you give us permission to display it, alongside your name, on the product page. You keep ownership of what you wrote. We will remove reviews that contain abuse, personal information, or claims about a product that are plainly untrue — but we will not remove a review simply for being unfavourable.
10Our content
The text, photographs, layout, logo and name on this site belong to us. You are welcome to share links, quote us, and screenshot a product to ask a neighbour about it. You may not republish our catalogue, scrape it, or use our name and branding in a way that suggests we endorse something we have never heard of.
11Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or excludes our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Those cannot be signed away and we are not trying to.
Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — a lost harvest, lost profit, or a delayed sowing — arising from a delivery running late or a product performing differently on your land than it did on someone else's.
We are not responsible for delays caused by things genuinely outside our control: weather events, transport strikes, government restrictions, or a courier network going down.
12Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Before it gets that far, write to us. Most problems are a wrong item, a missing bag or a confusing discount, and all three are faster to fix over email than anywhere else.
13Changes to these terms
We update these terms as the business changes — new payment methods, new delivery areas, new product categories. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes are announced on this page, and the date at the top always tells you when it last moved.
