01When your order leaves us
Confirmed orders are packed and handed to the courier within two working days. An order is confirmed once payment has been received — an unpaid order is held for you but is not queued for dispatch.
Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are picked up on the next working day. During sowing season the queue is longer than usual and we will say so on the site rather than let you find out from a tracking page that has not moved.
02How long delivery takes
Measured from dispatch, not from when you ordered. These are what our courier achieves in practice, not a best case.
- Andhra Pradesh & Telangana
- 2–4 working days
- Karnataka & Tamil Nadu
- 3–5 working days
- Rest of India
- 5–8 working days
- Remote and hill PIN codes
- Add 2–3 working days
Weather, transport strikes and local restrictions can push these out. When that happens the tracking page is the fastest place to see it, and we will contact you directly if a parcel stalls for more than a few days.
03What delivery costs
Nothing. Delivery is included in the price shown on the product card, and no shipping fee is added at checkout. There is no separate handling charge, packing charge or fuel surcharge — the number you see is the number you pay.
04Where we deliver
Anywhere in India our courier network serves. A small number of PIN codes are not serviceable, and a few products cannot travel by air, which limits them further.
If your PIN code cannot be served we will tell you before taking payment, or refund you in full if it only comes to light afterwards. We do not ship outside India.
05Tracking your parcel
Once your order ships, a tracking link appears on it in My Orders. The link works without signing in, so you can forward it to whoever is receiving the parcel.
Because it is shareable, that page deliberately shows only the delivery status and estimated date — not the address, the order value or your name. Anyone you forward it to sees a parcel's progress and nothing about you.
06Receiving it
- Keep the phone reachable. The number on the address is the one the driver rings from outside your gate. A dead number is the single most common reason a delivery fails.
- Check the packaging before you sign. If the outer packing is torn or wet, note it with the courier and photograph it.
- Tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged, missing or wrong — see our refunds policy.
After two failed delivery attempts a parcel returns to us. We will contact you to arrange a fresh dispatch or a refund; a redelivery to a corrected address may carry the courier's return charge.
07How things are packed
Fertilisers and micronutrients ship in their sealed original packs inside an outer carton. Fresh produce is packed for the route it is taking, and we will not dispatch perishables into a delivery window they cannot survive — we would rather tell you it is delayed than send food that arrives spoiled.
